Insane Impact is the national leader of Mobile LED screen trailers and video wall installation, and we are looking for someone detail orientated who can support our rapidly growing company and accounting department.

Job Description/Duties

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. A successful candidate should be familiar with general AP & AR procedures and have a flair for numbers. Must be able to multi-task and determine priorities to complete tasks accurately and efficiently as possible.

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Receive, verify and process vendor invoices
• Verify and reconcile accounts employee credit card reports
• Prepare and send invoices, change orders and statements
• Process credit card payments, check deposits and ACH payments
• Following up on outstanding payments
• Check for accuracy in reports, figures and postings
• Acquire and track certificate of insurance, sales tax exemption certificates, etc.
• Resolve purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies and address vendor and customer accounting inquiries

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Accounting software, NetSuite a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel)
• Ability to work independently
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and detail oriented

Schedule:

• Full-time position, M-F

Pay: $20/hr-$27h
